We train three specific "muscles" that turn Deliberate Living from a nice idea into a real skill:
1. Presence (Showing Up) Most of us think we are present, but we are actually daydreaming, worrying, or remembering.

The Shift: We train the ability to see exactly what is happening right now - without the drama, without the story, and without pretending it’s better than it is.
2. Potency (Staying Put) It’s easy to be present when life is good. It’s hard when life is annoying, painful, or boring.

The Shift: We train the capacity to stay with the moment even when it’s uncomfortable, rather than checking your phone, numbing out, or running away.
3. Authorship (taking the Wheel) Once you are present and you aren't running away, you finally have a choice.

The Shift: We train you to stop reacting out of habit and start choosing your actions on purpose.

The Seven-Session Arc
Â
Format: Live via Zoom. Commitment: 90–120 minutes per session.
We move step-by-step. We don’t just talk about these concepts; we run experiments so you can feel them working in your actual day.

Session 1: The Reality Check. We stop pretending. You’ll learn to spot exactly when you "leave" the room mentally. You can't fix what you can't see.

Session 2: The Pause Button. We train the "Interval"—that split second between getting triggered and reacting. This is where freedom lives.

Session 3: Fact vs. Fiction. You’ll learn to tell the difference between what is actually happening (The Signal) and the dramatic story your brain is telling you about it (The Noise).

Session 4: Presence Under Pressure. We take the training wheels off. How do you stay present when you are bored? When you are irritated? This is where the real work begins.

Session 5: How to Fail Well. You will lose focus. You will react. That’s normal. We train you to stop shaming yourself and simply come back.

Session 6: Making Real Choices. Not "wishing" for outcomes, but making small, concrete choices in the present tense that you can actually follow through on.

Session 7: The Owner’s Mindset. We put it all together. You leave with a system for owning your life, your reactions, and your future.

Beyond the Sessions: 90 Days of Integration
A weekend workshop usually fades after a few days. We don't want that. Included in your tuition is 90 days of guided integration.
